WIG POLICY

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Ready to Ship Wigs have Same day Processing (processing time 1-2 business days) when orders are placed before 4PM EST. Orders placed after will be processed the following business day. After the processing time the wigs are then shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)

Made to Order Wigs can take up to 5-7 days to process. During this time I am receiving the hair from my vendor and making the wig. After that time is over, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping (US Orders)

Custom wig orders when you provide the hair: During this time once I receive the hair from you (the customer) it takes up to 5 days to complete ( depending on style requested). After the processing time the wigs will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping (US Orders)

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE

Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking, but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.

CANCELLATION

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

*My order was cancelled. Why?

There are a few reasons why we would automatically cancel your order.

*Several days have passed since you’ve placed your order and we haven’t received a tracking number from you and haven’t received your hair.

The billing and shipping address doesn’t match on your order information

Why do you cut the wefts/tracks?

When using a sewing machine, it is essential to cut the wefts after each row is sewn down. On the sewing machine, there is no such thing as folding over the wefts. To ensure the wig isn’t bulky and that it lays flat, it is a must to cut the wefts after each row.

How long does it take to make the wig?

After we have received the hair from vendor or from you (the customer) it takes 2-5 business days.

Are your wigs glueless?

Closure wigs are glue-less. Frontals wigs are not glue-less and will require some sort of install or band method

Do you install wigs for people locally?

If you order a Ready to Ship or Made to Order Wig, I will not be able to meet with you locally so that you can retrieve your order. To protect my business from fraud, I must have proof that you have received your package. The payment processors I use (PayPal, Shop Pay and Shopify Pay) acknowledge a tracking number as valid proof that the package was received by the purchaser.

I purchase hair from your company. I now would like a wig. Can I receive a discount on Wig Construction Services?

Yes, if you purchase hair from my company and request for wig construction, you can get a discount at the time you purchase the hair from my company.

Do you wholesale your wigs?

No. I do not wholesale my wigs.

 

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

 

 THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

For Virgin Hair

1)      You pay for your order

2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3)      The Processing period begins. Processing time is 1-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)

4)      After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created

5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

6)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International

PROCESSING TIME (for Virgin Hair)

This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary, to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • (United States) 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail
  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
  • This time does not include the processing period

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.
  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 
  • All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. 
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
